Uniglobe College is going to organize Mid Term Examination for BBA/BBA-BI 2nd, 4th, 6th

and 8th Semester. As the situation did not improve, the college has decided to conduct the
examinations through online model. The rules set up for conducting ‘time-bound home
based exam’ for these semester students amidst the growing Covid-19 crisis are as follows.

RULES OF EXAMINATION
1. Write your name/ semester / and roll number on each answer sheets.
2. Write page numbers on each pages of your answer sheets.
3. Exam should be time-bound open book home exam which consist of 3 Hours and 1 Hour
extra time for answer submission via College MIS System after scanning.
4. In the extra 1 hour after the end of the exam, each examinee should be able to
scan/photograph the answer sheet in PDF format, he/she has written and Upload it in
the College MIS System.
5. After 1 hour extra time the MIS will not accept your answer sheet.
6. Ensure that all unnecessary applications on your computer or device are closed.
7. Login to Uniglobe MIS and check whether you can access it or not. If unable to login
contact to IT Department.
8. Question Paper will be received through College MIS System.
9. Exams will be essay and analytical based; 4 questions (15 marks each) in Part A with one
choice and a case (40 marks) in Part B. It will not be an objective or multiple choice.
10. In order to participate in this exam, the examinee himself/herself will have to arrange
the necessary materials like Answer Sheet (Self-managed) /Black Pen, Internet,
Electricity, etc.
11. Under this examination method, the candidates will be able to join the examination from
the place of their residence. The answer script should be handwritten by the examinee
self. If found to be written by others, typed on a computer, carbon copied, copied from a
book, or any other method used, such answer sheets will be automatically discarded.
12. Subjective Question Paper regarding the format of Question Paper will be there in this
examination. The distribution of points in that section will be adjusted proportionally to
the thematic questions.
13. Candidates appearing for this examination will receive a question paper in College MIS
system half an hour before the examination starts.
14. The students are not allowed to apply for re-totaling in case they are not satisfied with
the grades. The Exam Department will have to prepare the attendance details of the
examinees on the basis of the answer sheets sent by the examinees.
15. You will be trained to know the process of downloading question paper and uploading
answer sheet from IT Department.

Note: The scanned size of the ANSWER SHEET should not exceed more than 20
MB and upload your answer sheet in PDF Format in College MIS.
