Dear Student/Principal/School Exam Coordinator/Parents,

We would like to compliment you for successful mocks attempted by you / your school students
/ your wards. Your contribution is immense in making it successful. We have reached to the final
stage of our Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan Examination 2023-24 in first phase. We would like to
request you to please go through the instructions provided here for the students. Please
circulate them for the smooth and successful completion of Final Exam.

Some common guidelines/instructions are mentioned below, if you have any queries kindly
contact the state coordinator designated to assist you from VVM’s website through ‘Contact Us
– State Coordinators – Your Respective State’ menu or the same can be found in your
school/student dashboard.

1. Always read the instructions carefully before attempting the Exam as the candidate will be
given only one chance to attempt the Final Exam.
2. If school exam coordinator has provided his/her or school’s contact details or email id, he/she
is requested to provide the students with their Username and Password.
3. If any school student is not able to Login in the Exam App or recall his/her Password, School
Exam Coordinator is requested to login in school panel the confirm the same with the
student.
4. After starting the Exam if any student is unable to complete the same whatever the reason,
his/her request will not be entertained at all. Ask students to use the same device they had
used to give Mock Test. Do not let them change the device in the last moment to avoid any
kind of issues.
5. Uninstall the previously installed VVM Exam – Student Application (Mobile/Tablet Device)
and VVMMockExam (Desktop/Laptop Devices) from your device. Install the latest apps one
day before the exam.
6. Make sure you have installed VVM Exam - Student App or Final Exam SEB file
(vvm_2023_24_final.seb) App after 12:00pm on 04th November, 2023 to appear in Final
Exam on 05th November, 2023.
7. Final Exam can be attempted from your home/school anytime between 10:00am to
08:00pm. Last Login can be done till 07:59pm.
8. Choose your Regional Language if you wish to see the questions in regional language as well
as in English. English is default/secondary language.
9. Do not play with any of the keyboard board buttons, minimize etc. (Desktop/Laptop Users);
try to minimize, turn on internet/WiFi during the exam, play with power / sounds / camera
buttons, switch between Apps/Tabs etc. (mobile users only). Three such attempts will lead
to automatic submission of Answer Sheet (Desktop/Laptop Users) and termination of exam
session (Mobile Device Users).
10. Links to download Mobile and Desktop App are available on Student’s/School’s dashboard
on VVM’s website. Installation guidelines are also available in the same page.

11. You are also requested to keep your exam devices fully charged and Laptop/Desktop devices
should be connected with a good internet connectivity.
12. Make sure Exam App version is V80 for final exam on 04th November, 2023.
13. Make sure there is sufficient empty space (about 500mb) in the internal memory of your
mobile device so that App works smoothly.
14. Disable the screen lock of your devices during exam hours.
15. If a student is attempting exam from mobile Device and he/she is not able to see the
complete question or options, please guide him/her to scroll up and down or side wise. He /
She can also zoom the images for better understanding of the same. These features will not
be available for Desktop users keeping in view the size of screen.
16. Detailed instructions related to how to install app and how to go to exam according to
Device Types are attached with letter. These are also made available for download on
VVM’s website, student and school dashboard as well.
17. Links of Apps for final exam to be held on 05th November, 2023 is updated today 04th
November, 2023.
18. IT Team will not be able to handle / sort out the issues, if students have not given Mock Test
and thus are not acquainted with the VVM Exam - Student App.
19. If you are going to conduct exam for your school students on server system kindly let us know
on office@vvm.org.in or admin@vvm.org.in so that we can assist you in the same. You can
also contact your respective state coordinator for the assistance in the same.
20. If any student is not able to Upload Answer Sheet please guide him/her to wait for App to
connect with internet or try one or two times otherwise download the answer sheet and
email the same on vvmresult23@gmail.com

Note: *If any student has not attempted Mock Exam, he/she still is eligible for
participation in Final Exam of VVM.
*If any student has attempted exam successfully and is listed in YES status for Final
Exam Attempt of school dashboard or the list published on the website and have
received new Username and Password along with the reattempt request is
requested to confirm the same from School Exam Coordinator and ignore this
message.
