1. Monitoring & checking of teacher's loads enrolled learners per grade level &
number of sections in JHS/SHS
 Submit SF7 in JHS and SHS for teachers’ load evaluation
 For checking of excess teachers

2. School MOOE liquidation & utilization

 Submit liquidation for the month of October 2021

3. Monitoring preparation& submission, implementation of BELCOP, AIP 2021-2022

 Submit BELCOP first, then copy the data for AIP 2021-2021

4. DO 29, S2021
 End of Quarter 1 is November 12 (Check summative assessment, written
works, and performance tasks)
 Submission of ALOG, MPG and Classification of grades will start on
November 13. November 22 is the deadline in the Regional level.
 November 27 reporting of grades to parents for Q1, meeting, and
reminders
 Start of classes for Q2 is on November 15
 December 24 is working holiday

5. YES-O Contest
 Check the memorandum

6. Submission of MPG, classification of grades, PARDOS & SARDOS for 1st

quarter
 Use Google sheets for easy consolidation of reports
 Submission starts on November 13, 2021

7. AWA (Aurora Alert Level 4)

 20% personnel in the workplace
 50% of personnel is OK in the school for the distribution of modules
 Memorandum will be released by the Mayor’s Office
 Submit AWA plan

8. Other matters
 GPTA Federation Election will be on November 12 (F2F or online)
 Conduct GPTA election every year during the opening of classes
9. Division Professional Development Program on Teaching Beginning Reading for
Kindergarten, Grade 1-3 Teachers
 Approved by the Region
 November 23-26, 2021 online
  December 1-3, 2021 online
 School heads will be joining the training
 Only school heads and teachers from far-flung school will claim per diem
 School proposal shall be submitted to claim food expenses

10. Division Online Journalism Training Workshop for School Paper Adviser on
November 24-27, 2021
 For Elementary and Secondary SPA
 Priority are the schools with publication
 Memorandum to follow

11. Monthly IS and TA Plan & Accomplishment for SY 2021-2022

 Started in September 2021, plus accomplishment report (observe
timeliness)

