I. OBJECTIVES
Domain 1 : LEADING STRATEGICALLY
 To coordinate and strengthen stakeholder’s engagement in the continuous
conduct of limited face-to-face and blended learning delivery.
 To coordinate with stakeholders in the physical preparation of school as polling
center of the coming National and Local elections.
 To craft programs and activities relative to face-to-face implementation based on
the strength and challenges of the school community.
Domain 2 : MANAGING SCHOOL OPERATIONS & RESOURCES

 To manage school data for monthly reporting system.

 To work with stakeholders in clearing school grounds and establishing
mitigating measures especially to flood prone areas in school.
Domain 3 : FOCUSING ON TEACHING AD LEARNING

 To provide technical assistance to teachers in the formulation of summative

assessments.
 To gather and utilize Quarter 2 and 3 learning outcomes in developing
appropriate teaching-learning intervention activities for the next quarter and
school year.
Domain 4 : DEVELOPNG SELF & OTHERS

 To capacitate teachers to perform leadership roles and responsibilities – rotation

of School OIC assignment.
 To engage in professional growth through webinars
Domain 5 : BUILDING CONNECTIONS


To provide support to teachers in building relationship with parents.

Sustain involvement and participation of the community-parents, alumni,
authorities and other stakeholders in addressing concerns of learners.
