SUPERVISORY PLAN
for the Month of February 2022
I. OBJECTIVES:
Domain-1 LEADING STRATEGICALLY
 To continuously coordinate and strengthen stakeholders’ engagement in the
execution of Learning Continuity Plan for SY 2021-2022 preparation for face-to-face
classes.
 To lead in the implementation of priority programs and activities for this school year
especially but not limited to Brigada sa Pagbasa.
Domain -2 MANAGING SCHOOL OPERATIONS & RESOURCES
 To manage school data for reporting system
 To continuously work with the stakeholders in clearing school grounds and
establishing mitigating measures especially to flood prone areas in school.
DOMAIN-3 FOCUSING ON TEACHING & LEARNING
 To provide technical assistance to teachers in the formulation of class programs and
necessary academic tools for the opening of classes.
 To closely monitor and supervise learning intervention activities in the new normal
Domain -4 DEVELOPING SELF & OTHERS
 To engage in professional growth through webinars.
 To provide opportunities fro professional development through LAC sessions.
Domain -5 BUILDING CONNECTIONS
 To provide support to teachers in building relationship with parents.
 Sustain involvement and participation of the community –parents, alumni, authorities
and other stakeholders in addressing concerns of learners.

14-18, 2022 Continue the conduct of PD for teachers through SLAC sessions.

Attend any meetings/conference and webinars required by the higher
offices
Week 3 February Collect for the preparation of SMEA and CDTAP 4 th Quarter
21-25, 2022 Analyze collected data
Plan intervention activities based on the collected data for improvement
of learning.
Continue the conduct of PD for teachers through SLAC sessions.
Week 4 February Download, read, analyze and communicate memorandum to teachers for
implementation
