Dear Parent

We hope you are doing well.

Please take note of the following guidelines regarding the upcoming periodic
assessment.

1. The exams will be conducted as per the given date-sheet. Students should join
the team at 8:55 am. The papers are scheduled to start at 9:05 am and the due time
with no late hand-ins is 10:15am. The extra 10 minutes have been included in this
time for submission.

2. Ensure that you have access to uninterrupted internet connection and that the
gadgets work without a hitch during the exam.

3. Students will be required to keep their cameras/webcams on for the duration of

the exam.

4. Remember that this exam is a self-assessment for the child. Please ensure that
your child attempts the test honestly.

5. Marks scored in these assessments will be included in calculation for the final
result *only if* the mode of the exams throughout the session remains online.
Furthermore, the school *shall not* be awarding proficiency awards for the session
2020-21.

6. During exams days, after the exam a 45 minutes revision class will be scheduled
for the next exam (between 10:30am-2pm)

7. Do remember that the students have been given multiple practice tests, so
parents need not worry. Our students are 100% ready to attempt the exams. Also,
the questions and result of the revision tests have been uploaded to Microsoft
Teams. It can be checked by following these steps:

Select your *Team*

Click on *Assignments Tab* and then click on *Completed* button below.

Select your Assessment Form whose marks you want to see

Click on the Form below *"My Work"* button.

Your Assessment sheet is opened to view

8. Teachers will be available to the students at all times. In case of any technical
issue, the teacher will provide assistance.

9. Students are advised to revise their answers before submitting the exam.

10. Once submitted, students will not be able to modify their answers.

11. The result will be shared after the completion of all the exams.

12. On Monday, to ensure the students have enough time to prepare for the exam on
the next day, only one revision class will be held. Check the calendar on Microsoft
Teams for the timing.
