EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Parents
Greetings of the Day!

As we have already shared the information with you that the PT-1/UT-1 Examination of
classes I to XII will take place w.e.f. July 12, 2021 as per the date sheet shared with you
all earlier. Mode of examination will be online. Kindly go through the instructions for the
PT-1/UT-1 online Assessment:

1. Each Assessment will be subjective.


2. The timings for the Assessment will be
Classes Timings
I-III 05:00 pm to 06:00 pm
IV-V 09:00 am to 10:30 am
VI-XII 09:00 am to 10:00 am

3. The students will join the session 10 minutes before the start of exam on the
zoom I'd of subject teacher whose exam is scheduled on that day.
4. The students will write their Name, Roll No. , Class-Section and subject on each sheet.
5. Each sheet should be numbered.
6. The students will use blue/black pen only for writing the assessments. The students of
classes II to V will use pencil for writing assessment.
7. The students will make the PDF of the *clear pictures* and then mail it to the
concerned teacher on her email ID. If blurred document is received then the submission
of answer sheet will stand invalid.
8. The students must login only with the id they use for daily classes. No other id shall be
entertained unless there is prior information with the school for the need to do so. Once
the alternative id is approved by the school, the student can use the same.
8. The subject of the mail should be the name of the student, class and section. For eg. -
Rohan Class 7A
9. It is mandatory for either the mother or the father to supervise their ward for the
entire duration of the examination so as to ensure that their ward is writing the answers
fairly and on his/her own. Both- the parent and the child should be clearly visible on the
screen along with the answer sheet.
10. Both the hands of the student should be clearly visible as well.
11. It is mandatory for students to enter the class with their own name and must keep
their videos on.
12. The entire session will be recorded for the fair conduct of Assessments.
13. Kindly ensure that your ward has proper internet connection. You may please ensure
to be in the area where you have proper internet connectivity. Due to poor connectivity if
you are not under supervision of the teacher online, while writing your answers then the
assessment will stand invalid.
14. There will be regular classes on alternate days but on the day of exam there will be no
teaching classes.
