DETAILS FOR CLASS XII PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION

Dear Parents
Greetings!
Keeping in mind the performance of the children in UT3 and to give them a chance to better
prepare, practice and enhance their scores in CBSE Term 2 Board Exam, the school has
decided to conduct first Pre-Term 2 exams after Practical/Project/Doubts clearing classes.

It has been observed that the performance of the children has not been as per expectations in
UT3 conducted in January. The children have committed many mistakes in writing steps, and
many were not able to complete paper within time limit.

Kindly find below the Date Sheet for Pre- Board for class XII which will be conducted in
school (Pen & Paper test) from Friday, February 25, 2022, to Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
We request parents to encourage their wards to appear offline and get real-time experience
before CBSE final Board Term 2 examination.
The exams shall be immediately followed by Paper Discussion of the same exam, by the
respective Subject Teachers.
Revision cum doubts clearing classes shall be held during preparatory offs.

Kindly note a few important guidelines:

• Parent’s consent for sending the child to school is mandatory (To be submitted
through MS form, link will be shared by the class teacher on class WhatsApp groups.
No consent shall be accepted after February 16).

Only those students shall be allowed to appear for offline Pre-Board examination, who
submit their parent’s consent through MS form link will be shared by the Class
Teacher. In the interest of the safety and well-being of the child, it is advised to get
them vaccinated.
• Students must wear a proper mask.
• Students must carry sanitizer.
• Students must avoid carrying food to school.
• Students must carry their own water bottles.
• Parents must make proper arrangements/pick and drop facility for their wards as
school buses will not be available to them.
• Students must be in proper school winter uniform.
• Students must wear school I’d card.
 • Students must carry stationery items in transparent pouches. No stationery items to be
shared by the students.
• Self-monitoring of health by students and parents is essential. The student should not
come to school even in case of minor illness.
• Timings during the Examination:
Reporting to school- 8:30 am to 8:50 am. No child will be allowed to enter after
8:50 am.
Reading time- 9:00 am to 09:15 am
Writing time- 09:15 am to 11:15 am
Paper Discussion – 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Dispersal – 12:30 pm
The Entry and Exit for Science children will be allowed from Gate No. 1.
The Entry and Exit for Commerce and Humanities children will be allowed from
Gate No. 2.

• Though the school will adhere to the safety guidelines and protocols issued by the
government and Directorate of Education, we also seek your support and cooperation
in safeguarding our children’s health.
