 School is conducting Common Pre-Board Examination (Term-II) for both classes X & XII from 25th
Feb 2022 onwards.
 Kindly note that Common Pre-Board examinations will be held ONLY on OFFLINE mode

 Reporting Time to School is 8:40 am.

 Settling Time in the examination room is 8:40 am-8:55 am.
 Distribution of answer sheet is 8:55 am.
 Distribution of question papers is 9:00am.
 Reading Time: 9:00 am – 9:15 am
 Writing Time: 9:15 am – 11:15 am

Kindly Note:
 School Transport will not be available. Parents are requested to make their own arrangement to
drop and pick up their ward to the school as per the given time schedule.
 Parents and students need to carry their previous year I-Card to gain entry into the Subroto Park.
 Students need to report in their winter/summer school uniform and must wear the mask.
  Thermal screening will be done at the school gate.
 Students need to follow the seating plan and report to the examination room directly. There will be
no assembly.
 Children must follow the arrival and dispersal plan which will be put up on the school website on
day-to-day basis.
 Although school will take all the COVID related security measures, students are also required to
follow the COVID related protocols.
 Children need to carry their own eatables as school cafeteria is not yet operational.
 Sharing of any eatable/ stationery items or any other thing will not be allowed.
 Any kind of medical illness should be reported to the school authority along with the medical
certificate.
 Please send duly filled consent form given below, with your ward for him/her to gain entry
into the school

Respected Madam,

Class/Sec ________, hereby give my consent and allow my ward to attend the school for Common Pre-Board
Examination (Term-II): 2021-22.

2. I have gone through all the guidelines issued by the school along with the date sheet.

3. I understand that school will not be providing any transport facility and I have to make personal arrangement
for drop and pick up of my ward from school. I also understand that school vans, cabs or hired vehicles will not be
permitted to enter Subroto Park area for drop and pick up to school.

4. . I will sensitize my ward regarding wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, sanitizing his/her hands
from time to time and to follow all COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB), not to share books, note-books, stationery
items, Tiffin box etc.

5. I will follow all protocols of COVID-19 while sending my ward to school as per guidelines issued by Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare.
