Dear Parents/Guardians,
The lockdown instructions announced by The Pakistan Government due to COVID-19 crises, must be
strictly adhere for the protection of public at large. The outbreak of this pandemic caused an abrupt
discontinuation of regular educational session. Although the safety and wellbeing of our students is our
prime responsibility but our concern towards the education of our students is of a prime importance too so
than their time is not wasted and we are making every endeavor to impart quality education to our students
through all means during these testing times.

In return for continuation of our educational services, we expect the parents to render their attentions
towards being more responsible to pay the child’s fee on time so that smooth working of school is not
disturbed.
We assure you that we are putting in all endeavors towards giving your child the best education in these
testing times.
Following are some important dates and activities which will be followed by the school in the next three
months.

 It is mandatory to submit grand test file as 20 % weightage will be included in Final / Mid Term
Assessment result.

Submission Criteria
 Solved tests to be compiled in a file, which will be submitted in respective branches.
 Make sure all subjects grand tests are attached. File will be tagged according to the given format.

Holidays Homework
We always open new avenues of learning for our students by engaging them in challenging tasks from
all spheres of life. In this regard Holidays Homework is specially designed for students to share the
responsibility of parents, develop life skills and to prepare themselves for the final exams which will be
held in June 2020.
The booklet is comprising of three parts;
 Life Skill Chores Program (Parents’ Supportive)
 Age appropriate creative Academic Program
 Reinforcement Plan for Final / Mid Term



Important Note
 At the time of grand test file submission, Holidays Homework to be collected from branch office
on 20th April, 2020.
 It is mandatory for every child to complete as it carries weightage of 10 % in our Final & Mid
Term Assessment Result.

 Book set will be available from respective branch on PTM day. Parents are requested to bring original
