General Instructions for PT-II Examination:

 Reporting Time: 7:30 am Regular School (IV –VIII) From 30/8/22 (Tuesday)
 Exam Duration: 8:00 am to 11:00 am Timing : 7:30am – 11:00 am
1) You are requested to send your ward for exam only if he /she and you all are well. There is no compulsion in
case of very genuine reason.
2) Wearing mask is appreciable as prevention is better than cure.
3) Teach your ward to follow social distancing and not to share vehicle with other students. Everyone needs to
take care of everyone around.
4) Children should bring their own water bottle, spare mask & small sanitizer.
5) We ensure to keep all safety measures in the school.
6) Leave if required, should be informed to the class teacher/ school office timely.
7) School uniform is permissible only.
8) Students should avoid bringing books/ notes for revision.
9) Send Students after 7:20 am only.
10) All Students should leave school immediately after the exam is over without discussing/ sharing feedback
with their friends.
11) Parents must put on masks while entering the school to pick up/ drop their wards. Kindly stay at distance
while waiting for your wards during 10:45 am – 11:15 am and have patience.
