Dear Parent,
This is to inform you that the summer vacation for the students of CLASSES IX, X and XII will
commence from 30th May 2022 (Monday) to 30th June 2022 (Thursday). The offline classes will
resume from 01st July, 2022 (Friday) onwards. There will be no teaching classes on 28th May, 2022 as
offline PTM has been scheduled on this day. A detailed circular regarding PTM has already been shared
vide Circular no. BPS/22-23/28 for class IX, Circular no. BPS/22-23/29 for class X and Circular
no. BPS/22-23/30 for class XII dated 25th May, 2022.
Holiday Homework is being given to all the students. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards
complete Holiday Homework (H.H.W.)/ Assignments neatly and timely as the same will be considered
for the Internal Assessment.
There will be Unit Tests of all the Classes in the first week of July 2022. Schedule of the same shall
be shared later. Please make sure that your ward will prepare well for the Unit Tests and secure good
marks.For the convenience of the students, Unit Test-1 Syllabus for the Academic Session 2022-23 is
also attached herewith. You can also visit School Website, under “Downloads” Section for H.H.W. and

Kindly Note:
1. During summer vacations, the school office will remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on all
working days. You are requested to clear outstanding Fees / other dues immediately to avoid late
fine charges. Kindly ignore if already paid.
2. Admissions are open for the Session 2022-23 for Class XI (Science & Commerce). We seek your
cooperation in recommending admission of bright students.
3. Looking at the current uncertain time prevailing due to Covid, you are requested to
IMMEDIATELY DOWNLOAD MICROSOFT TEAMS App. from the Google store /App
store by clicking the link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-
teams/download-app. in your mobiles & laptops.
ALL UPCOMING NOTIFICATIONS AND IMPORTANT CIRCULARS WILL BE
INFORMED VIA MS TEAMS ONLY. The MS Team ID are same as that of the previous
session (for old students). MS Team IDs for new students and new password (credentials) for all
students shall be shared by the Class Teacher respectively in the classes. You are requested to
login and check the same on immediate basis. You can also visit the school website to get the
