Greetings of the day.

Hope you all are keeping well.
As you must be well aware of about the upcoming Half Yearly Exam which is scheduled
from 01.10.2020 to 06.10.2020.
As a major stakeholder of the school, we expect you to monitor your child while they
are writing their exam.
Please ensure the following points are been followed:
1. The exam is scheduled from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM for class LKG – UKG and
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM for class I – XII.
2. The question paper will be sent 08:45 hrs on the class whatsapp group and it will
also be available on school app.
3. After writing the paper, click the image and convert it into pdf and sent in pdf
form with students full name, class, subject and date of exam between 11:00 AM
to 11:30 AM for class LKG – UKG & between 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM for class
I – XII on class teacher’s whatsapp number. Pdf sent after the mentioned time
will not be considered for correction.
4. The time limit is mentioned on the question paper. Please adhere to the timing.
Parents please ensure that the paper is completed within the given time.
5. School have the record of the A sheet & B sheet provided to each student, please
ensure to submit A sheet & B sheets back to the school. If the unused sheets will
not be returned the submitted answer sheets will not be corrected.
6. Please mention number of B sheets used on the A sheet (main answer sheet).
7. Follow the question paper instructions carefully.
8. Use the right side of the page for rough with for maths simply writing the
answers without calculation specially in math will not be considered for marking.
9. Do not use ball pen.
10. If making any diagram proper labelling is mandatory, no tracing is allowed.
11. Students of class LKG – V have to write their exam with extra dark HB pencil.
12. Students of class IX – X have to attempt their science paper (physics, chemistry,
biology) separately on A sheet followed by B (additional) sheet.
13. Physical answer sheet has to be submitted on 06.10.2020 & 07.10.2020 between
10:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
