Instructions for Online Examination:

1. Students should login by 7:40 a.m.
2. The question paper will be uploaded as a PDF file on the Assignment Section of
Microsoft Teams.
3. The reading time for the test will be 7:50 a.m. to 8:00 a.m
4. The writing time for the test will be 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
5. The task of uploading the answer sheets should be completed by 9:45 a.m.
6. All students will only use A4 size ruled papers for writing the test.
7. All the papers of your answer sheet should be named and numbered and only one PDF
of your answer sheet should be created. he PDF of the answer sheets should be labelled
as:
Roll. No - Name of the student- class and section.
( e.g. : 01-Anushree Kumar-12A )
8. All parents are requested to monitor their wards while they are writing the test.
9. Syllabus for the test will be given by Saturday, 14th August, 2021.
10. There will be no class assembly on the days when the test is scheduled.
11. There will be no regular classes from 09/09/2021 to 23/09/2021.
Instructions for Offline Examination:
1. Students who have opted for the offline mode of examination will report to school at
7:30 am in their school uniform.
2. The answer supplementary will be distributed at 7:45 am.
3. Reading time will be from 7:50 am to 8:00 am.
4. The exam will end at 9:30 am and dispersal will be at 9:45 am.
5. All students will carry their own stationery. They will not be allowed to share any item
with each other.
6. All students are required to wear their mask at all times.
7. All students will carry a bottle of water and sanitizer with them.
8. Syllabus for the test will be given by Saturday, 14th August, 2021.
9. There will be no class assembly on the days when the test is scheduled.
10. There will be no regular classes from 09/09/2021 to 23/09/2021.
