Notice for 1st Unit Test

Dear Parents and Students,
The ONLINE 1st UNIT TESTS for classes 6,7,8,9,10 & 12 will be held from 12th July
2021to 17th July, 2021 through L.M.S in e-Care Pro app’s ASSESSMENT section in
the Parent’s Panel

Kindly pay the fee dues before the commencement of 1st Unit Test

Guidelines for 1st Unit Test

1. It is important and mandatory for all to attempt the online 1st Unit Test. No
Retest will be taken.
2. The paper will be activated at 11:00 a.m. and will remain active till 2:00 p.m. for
classes 6 to 12.
3. STD: 6,7,8 : -60 minutes
STD: 9 & 10 :-75 minutes
STD: 12 :-120 minutes

The students are required to take the online tests within the given time limit, after
that the tests will be deactivated and closed.
 You are requested to keep monitoring the timer to be on time and
complete the assessment within the allotted time.

4. The test will have both Objective (Multiple Choice Question) as well as
Subjective type questions together in one paper. For multiple choice
questions, the students will be required to click on the radio button to
markthe correct answer.
5. Students must keep one new copy/register in which they will write the
subjective answers of all subjects on the days of the unit tests. The
students must follow the steps as given below: -
 First write their Name, Class, Roll No., Subject and Date on the top of
the page.
 Next, write the question number clearly and write the answer in the
copy/register. Click the image of the answer.
 In case the answer does not fit in one page then, the student may
continue the answer on the next page and click the images of both the
page/pages containing the answer and upload it together.
 The images must be uploaded through the “Choose File” option given
in the question paper for the same purpose. The size of the image
should be less than 5 MB.
6. Do not type the answers in the box. Typed answer will not be
evaluated.
7. While submitting the answers, you are advised not to touch the screen of
your phone for at least 3-4 seconds. Wait for the “Submit” button to
appearon your screen. After clicking on the “Submit” button a pop-up will
come for confirmation. If you are sure that the correct image/images
have been uploaded correctly then click on “Yes” else “No” and recheck
your process. Do not click on the “Submit” button unless you are
completely sure that the correct images have been uploaded and you
have attempted all the questions (both Objective and Subjective).
8. Do the entire process carefully. In case of any difficulty, you may contact
your e-Care Support for the same.
9. Online classes will remain suspended on days of the tests.
10. Be honest to yourself while attempting the test.
