Dear Parents,
Greetings!
After successful completion of First Term Exam 2021,, we are now approaching towards the Unit Test 2, which has been scheduled from August 28, 2021 onwards.. Below
is the timetable and other important instructions for your reference.
The Unit Test 2 will be conducted through the school portal www.sgconline.ac.in for which you already have the user id and password. Please ensure to change the password
to avoid any security breach before the examination starts, as the school will not be responsible if anything happens in you login.
It will also be sent to your mobile again, prior to the examination (ID & PASSWORD).
The school portal can be opened through a browser on any device.
Kindly ensure that you have a good internet connection as many of you had problems due to slow internet connection.
Ensure you have the facility to access the school portal as well as Zoom at the same time.
Also, arrange the following stationery items for the examination.
1. Ruled A4 size paper to write answers.
2. Pen, pencil, Eraser, Geometry Box etc.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO TAKE EXAM
1. Open school website www.sgconline.ac.in.
2. Click on Parent’s Login button.
3. School portal opens.
4. Login with username and password.
5. On the left side menu click on Online Exam > Online Exam Start.
6. The following page will open with the status (Not Scheduled). Keep refreshing your browser.
7. As soon as the exam time starts you will get (Click to continue) status and click on it. Your question paper will start with the scheduled time. Shown in picture
below.
8. You have to write all the answers on a sheet of paper, including one word or fill in the blank etc. take picture of it and upload by clicking on the right side upload
option. You can upload as many files as you want by clicking on choose file on the right side, but it has to be in jpg format only and Portrait orientation. Shown in
picture below.
After completing the exam, you can submit it but can be open again for checking within the time limit. Once the duration of exam is over, the answer sheet will submit
automatically and will be disabled after which it cannot be opened again.
Note that the Question paper in the browser is time scheduled. It will open exactly at the time of exam given in the Timetable and will automatically close when the
duration is over. Enough time has been provided to write and upload on the website for each exam.
