ASCP Online Registration Begins: Sept. 23rd, 2021(Thursday)
ASCP Payment Begins: Sept. 27th, 2021(Monday)
Deadline to Pay: Oct 7th, 2021(Thursday)
ASCP Classes Begin: Oct 10th, 2021(Sunday)
ASCP School Ends: Nov. 30th, 2021(Tuesday)

*Please note that in order to take Chemistry 2, students should have scored at least an 80% in
grade 10 Chemistry.

Grading Criteria:
1. Attendance and Participation - 10%
2. Classwork - 60%
3. Final exam - 30%

Please note that the final exam for all ASCP S1 courses will take place at school in person.
STEPS TO REGISTER

Step 1: Parents will be emailed the link - Google forms (starting

September 23, 2021). Complete the form and 'Submit'.

Step 2: Wait on Approval Form to be emailed to you(after you

submit the request form).

Step 3: Print Approval Form and pay at school(Sept. 27).

Step 4: Teacher details + Google classroom codes will be sent via

email(Oct 9- by 5pm).

Step 5: Classes begin on Oct 10th, 2021.

Step 2:
Once you follow step 1, please wait for the HS Counseling department to email you the approval
form for the courses requested. Please note that priority should be given to failing
courses/missing credits v/s courses requested to increase GPA.

Step 3:
Once you have received the approval form, please print and take this form to the school cashier
to pay for these courses. The cashiers are available from 8am until 2pm. Please note that you
will not be able to pay until you have requested for your courses(google forms) and have
received the approval letter.

Step 4:
Teachers will add your son/daughter to their google classroom pages by October 9th, 2021
(Saturday) by 5pm.

Step 5:
Classes for the English subjects will begin on October 10th, 2021(Sunday) from 4pm - 5pm.
Classes for the Arabic subjects will begin on October 11th, 2021(Monday) from 4pm - 5pm.
