RE: Guidelines in the Conduct of Major Examination
To: All College Instructors

All college instructors are advised to STRICTLY adhere to the following directives:

1. Instructors may select as to what type of exam will be included but a 100 point/item reminder is
required. Use of google forms is highly recommended to facilitate the conduct of major
examination and results.
2. Examination Phase
a. 1 hour- Virtual Summation
b. 1 hour- Examination
c. 1 hour- Introduction/Overview for the Midterm Coverage
3. Examination Schedule
a. February 21, 2022- for Monday Classes
b. February 22, 2022- for Tuesday Classes
c. February 23, 2022- for Wednesday Classes
d. February 24, 2022- for Thursday Classes
e. February 26, 2022- for Saturday Classes
f. February 27, 2022- for Friday Classes (only those with approved request will be marked present on
this day)
4. “No Permit, No Exam” Policy must be STRICTLY implemented.
The Accounting’s office will be issuing list (which will be posted in the respective GCs) as to
(a) students with electronic permit (b) students without permit. Students who belong on the
latter are advised to: (a) secure accounts first before they can be issued with a permit (b) ask
for an examination link to Ms. Zyreene Keith Delos Santos (for BPE, BSESS, English, Math &
Science) or to Ms. Chariza R. Cea (for BEED, BECED, Filipino, Soc. Stud, Val.Ed).
STRICTLY, NO PAYEE students shall be allowed to take the exam without permit.
5. NO special/make up class will be allowed after February 27, 2022.
6. Simultaneous start of Midterm Coverage: February 28, 2022.
