    Greetings!

    Kindly take note of the following dates / activities related to our end of the school year activities.

    FOR GRADE 10

    Dates Undertakings

    May 27 , 2022 Last day of completion of 4th Quarter Requirements

    June 3, 2022 Year-end Academic and Behavioral assessment - The names of


    those who have failing final grades will be presented to the
    committee composed of the Academic Council and the Grade
    10 teachers. The committee will make recommendations to the
    School Director based on the existing policy on promotion and
    retention.

    June 4, 2022 Submission of the list of students with failing grades to the
    Office of the School Director

    June 6, 2022 Informing the parents/ guardians of those with failing grade/s
    regarding the academic status of their children

    June 28,2022 JHS Virtual Completion Ceremony

    June 30, 2022 Start of Remedial Classes

    July 30,2022 End of Remedial Classes
