with the theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing
Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of
Adversity”. With reference to DepEd Order (DO) No.
RATIONALE
029, s. 2021, also known as School Calendar and
Activities for School Year 2021-2022 stated Quarter
4 shall end on June 24, 2022 and EOSY rites shall
be any of the dates from June 27 to July 2,2022.
In relation to this, Padre Burgos
National Technical Vocational High School Faculty
and staff conducted a LAC Session for the schedules
of End-of-School Year Activities.
The activity aims to:

The LAC Session on the End of School Year

MONITORING AND activities was spearheaded by the School Principal
EVALUATION Mr. Conrado M. Terante, together with the
PBNTVHS Faculty and staff.

NARRATIVE REPORT:

A school-based LAC on the End of School Year Activities was

held at Blue Deep Resort, Cantutang, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte last
May 25, 2022 (Wednesday) at exactly 1:00 p.m. The activity ensures the
safety of the participants through proper application of the health
protocols such as wearing of masks, social distancing, proper sanitation,
and checking of temperatures. The said activity was spearheaded by the
School Principal and the teachers of Padre Burgos National Technical
Vocational High School. Participants were registered upon their arrival
at the venue.
The activity highlighted the Year Level Meet-Up Schedules, Year
Level 4 Quarter Examination Schedule, Deadline of Grades Schedule,

Deliberation of Honors Schedule, School-Based Forms Checking

Schedule and Moving Up and Graduation Ceremonies Schedule. May
26-27, 2022 scheduled for the Grade 10 Homeroom, May 30, 2022
scheduled for Grade 7 Meet Up, May 31,2022 scheduled for Grade 8
Meet Up, June 2, 2022 scheduled for Grade 9 Meet Up, June 3, 2022
scheduled for Grade 11 Meet Up, June 6-10, 2022 was agreed for the
Grade 12 Examination Week, June 8, 2022 set for the Set D Self-
Learning Modules and Exam Papers Retrieval for Grade 7,8,9,10 and 11
and giving of Mock Up exams. June 13, 2022 scheduled for the deadline
of grades submission, June 15, 2022 scheduled for the retrieval of
Mock-Up exams, June 17, 2022 scheduled for the Deliberation of
Honors (Morning: Grades 12 & Grade 10, Afternoon: Grades 7, 8, 9 and
11). June 20-24, 2022 scheduled for School- based Forms Checking
wherein June 20 for Grade 12, June 21, 2022 for Grade 10 in the
morning and Grade 11 in the afternoon. June 22, 2022 for Grade 9 in
the morning and Grade 8 in the afternoon. June 23, 2022 scheduled for
Grade 7 in the morning and rechecking Set A. June 24, 2022 scheduled
for Rechecking for Set B. June 30, 2022 was agreed to be the schedule
for Moving-up Ceremonies and Graduation Ceremonies.
The teachers come up with a consensus idea about the
plotted schedules for the end of School Year Activities.
