Proceedings:
The TLE Department of Banga High School held a meeting last June ,2022. It was headed by their
TLE Coordinator, Ma. Zusette C. Ayag and participated by TLE teachers. The meeting started through a
prayer led by Ma. Cecilia C. Sanidad. It was followed by the meeting proper led by Ma. Zusette C. Ayag.

The pupose of the meeting is to discuss the following:

1. Exit Assessment

The Grade 10 level will distribute the exit examination on June 6,2022 and will retrieve on June
8,2022.

For Grade 7,8 and 9, it will distribute on June 8, 2022 and will retrieve on June 10, 2022.

The schedule is as follow:

Grade 7- 8:00-9:00 AM
Grade 8- 9:00-10:00 AM
Grade 9- 10:00- 11:00 AM

All subject teachers are required to provide box for the retrieval of exit examinations.

The teachers were requested to submit the Item Analysis on June 15,2022. There will be a template to
provide to be forwarded by the Mathematics Department

2. End of face to face classes

The end of face to face classes for Grade 10 will be on June 10,2022. For Grade 7-9, it will be end on
June 24,2022.

3. Virtual Recognition, Moving Up and Graduation

The tentative date for Recognition Day was scheduled on July 8, 2022. Grade 9 level was assigned to
 be the technical working Group.

For Moving Up and Graduation Ceremony, it was scheduled on July 6, 2022.

4. Video Lesson

Teachers were requested to accomplish their video lesson. They are expected to submit their video
lesson until Friday, June 10, 2022.

Other Matters:

Attendance

The teachers were reminded about their attendance. Teachers should always observe punctuality.
They should also use biometrics and log book to monitor their attendance.

The official time for Grades 7&8 is 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM for Grades 9&10.

The meeting was ended through a closing prayer led by Joressa Mae C. Untalan.
