II. CALL TO ORDER

Prayer – Mrs. Melchie B. Paderes
Mrs. Paderes started the meeting with a prayer.

Current Meeting Agenda – Teacher Janette O. Encarnacion

Teacher Janette presented the meeting agenda and led the attendees in a vote
of approval. The attendees voted to unanimously and approved the agenda.

1. Orientation
Teacher Janette presented the revised school policies for the school
year. She highlighted the attendance, tardiness, cutting of classes, proper
clothing to be worn in school of students and parents, and minor and major
offenses.

2. Election of CPTA Officers

 The parents together with teacher Janette’s guidance, came up with
the CPTA officers for the school year 2023 – 2024.

3. CPTA Project
Teacher Janette presented her proposed project for the school year
that are needed in the classroom. These are 2 ¼ sized – bulletin boards,
trash bin rack, brooms and husks bin, and wall paint. The body has decided
to establish the bulletin boards, rack, and bins first. Each parent is going to
contribute ₱45.00 for the said projects, to be paid before or on September
20, 2023. A pahina will be held also on September 23, 2023 for these.
Moreover, the body has approved to donate 1 broom and 2
broomsticks per cleaner’s group. 1 floorwax will be also provided per quarter
on each student for the entire school year.

4. Other Concerns

The teacher announced the upcoming Math & Science activity on

September 26, 28 & 29, 2023. She presented the registration and advantages
of the said activity.

III. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 in the morning.
