 Introduction of classroom adviser
 Informing parents about learners remedial classes
 Giving ideas about supplementary tools (RBI/TV/Books)
 Announcing quarter 3 HOMETASK was made by the division/central office (not teachers made learning plan)
 Schedule of HOMETASK retrieval and distribution will be every Tuesday(but advise parents to continue
monitoring class group chat for further information about schedule and announcements)
 Schedule for card distribution is on April 6 2021 Tuesday
 Reminding parents to sign temporary card.
 Report on GULAYAN SA PAARALAN CONTEST (motivate parents to participate in the said contest for
involvement in the school).
 Announcement of the early registration schedule for grade 7 and grade 11
 Announcement on the scholarship of DOLE for grade 10 and grade 12
 Other matters, question and clarifications from parents were answered
 Distribution of quarter 3 week 1 HOMETASK.

3. Words of gratitude for the Teacher’s Day celebration

5. Partial Payment deadline on the 2nd quarter exam
6. Suspension of other students due to gambling
 Mrs. Ancit encourage members of the homeroom PTA to attend every meeting as possible. She also
instructed parents to follow up children/learners whereabouts special after class.
 Mrs. Ancit announces the Money collected from the homeroom project since there are few that was able to
contribute.
 Announcement of learners lacking in quizzes and performance task in science. Calling up the attention of the
parents of the learners for further assessment.
 Some PTA partial payment was done by Mrs. Ancit
 Other concerns such learner’s attendance and performance were entertained.
