The first HRPTA virtual meeting was held on January 22, 2019 Friday, at
exactly 8:00 in the morning. There were parents who joined the virtual meeting. The
said meeting was formally started by greetings of the adviser.
The class adviser ,Genalyn G.Dela Cruz together with her Co-adviser,
Mrs.Fatima A.Visaya discussed about the following:
1. Schedule of Activities
January 29, 2021 will be the distribution of Report cards on
their respective barangay center. Same scheme with the
distribution of module.
January 30, 2021 will be the start for Early Registration for
the incoming school year.
February 1, 2021 will be the retrieval of Report Cards,
answer sheets and distribution of SLM/LAS that will be used
by the students for the whole month.
2. Students’ Behavior
The adviser encouraged the parents to fully supervised their
son/daughter in answering their modules/LAS. They should
follow the given class schedule to avoid cramming during
retrieval of answer sheets.
Reiterate to their son/daughter to be organized in answering
their SLM/LAS. Follow the color coding per subject.
3. Others
If there are any queries or questions about school matters,
kindly message the teacher directly who is concerned. Do
not post or used social media because it will not solve the
problem.
Before the meeting ended, the Class Adviser gave her words of thank to
the parents who attended the meeting. She also sent messages via messenger
and SMS to the parents who did not join on the virtual meeting and informed
them about the topics taken.
