The meeting was attended by 30 parents in the Grade Six Rizal Room. A short program was
conducted and comprised of the following:
a. Pilipinas Kong Mahal
b. prayer
c. Energizer
d. Meeting Proper
it was discussed about the upcoming activity of the school which is the Foundation National Arts
Month. Learners will perform and the need to provide costume and props. The attendance of their
child was also discussed. All parents listened carefully and did not raise any questions about these.
The students who garnered 90 % and above of their grades was recognized It was ended by the
signing of attendance .There are twenty-three parents attended the said meeting.
Narrative: The parents are now aware of the different activities of the school as well as the behavior, progress
and attendance of their child
