Name of Activity BRIGADA ESKWELA (DAY 1)


Date August 14, 2023
Participants School Head, Seven Teachers, Parents, Barangay Officials and Volunteers
Objective 1. To strengthen camaraderie and good relationship among the
stakeholders; school personnel, teachers, students, parents, and the
whole community.
2. To ensure 100% School Readiness for the opening of classes.
3. To standardized and sustain the implementation of BE in school.
4. To maintain/ preserve the accomplishments that contributed to the
programs effective and beneficial activities which favored the school
learners and school community as well.
5. To involve varied stakeholders in BE undertaking.

Narrative 1. The registration/attendance started at exactly 7:30 in the morning.

2. The program started at exactly 8:30 in the morning with an opening


prayer and National Anthem via AVP.

3. Mrs. Minda M. Gomintong, PTA Vice-president of the school


delivered a welcome/opening message in lieu of the PTA President.

4. Mrs. Cristy E. Inojales, Grade II Adviser presented the volunteers


and stakeholders present based on the attendance sheets.

5. It was then followed by an inspirational message by Kagawad


Marcelino Lumantao in place of the Barangay Captain Jesus I.
Antonio. Honorable Lumantao assures the support of the Barangay
Council to school especially to the learners. He also left a very
inspiring thought to all, “to always SMILE”, S-erve M-ember with I-
ntegrity L-oyalty and E-quality.

6. After, Mrs. Fe G. Albarracin, the school BE Coordinator explained


the mechanics of BE program. She also detailed the schedule of
activites for the 6-day Brigada Eskwela.

7. Also, the GPP and YES-O short orientation/launching was inserted


in the program by Mrs. Tina G. Abear.

8. Then, Mam Pilar S . Rosales, the school head, challenge all the
parents and volunteers to support the school programs and activities
100%. And she then gave her closing message.

9. Right after the program, it was announced that at 1:00 o’clock, the
parents and other stakeholders may start to volunteer cleaning the
school based on the schedule of activities presented.

10. The scheduled activity for this day is to clean the outside
surrounding of the school.

11. The Barangay Health Workers were also present to check the BP of
some teachers and volunteers before doing the task. They also helped
cleaning the school surroundings.

12. The parents cleaned the outside surrounding of the school including
the school fences supervised by the teachers. They also cleaned the
outside drainage/canal of the school.

13. After they finished the task outside, they immediately cleaned some
part of the school ground and under the mango trees.

14. Kagawad Lumantao donated snacks for all the volunteers.

15. Day 1 of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done through the effort
of the school head, teachers, parents and volunteers.

Objective

Narrative 1. The attendance started at exactly 7:30 AM.

2. The scheduled activity for this day is to clean the inside surrounding
of the school and to repair the damage school fences.

3. The Barangay Health Workers were also present to check the BP of


some teachers and volunteers before doing the task. They also helped
cleaning the school surroundings.

4. The parents cleaned the inside surrounding of the and repaired the
Maligang road-side and back school school fences supervised by the
teachers and Barangay Kagawad. They cleaned the Herbal Garden,
Heroes park and back portion of all classrooms and pruned the
Mango Trees. Electric wirings of Grade 5 classroom were repaired.

5. Kagawad Ignacio and Kagawad Solon also donated snacks for all the
volunteers.

6. Day 2 of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done through the effort


of the school head, teachers, parents and volunteers.

Date August 16, 2023

Objective
1. To strengthen camaraderie and good relationship among the

whole community.
2. To ensure 100% School Readiness for the opening of classes.
3. To standardized and sustain the implementation of BE in school.
4. To maintain/ preserve the accomplishments that contributed to the
programs effective and beneficial activities which favored the school
learners and school community as well.
5. To involve varied stakeholders in BE undertaking.

Narrative 1. The attendance started at exactly 7:30 AM.

2. The scheduled activity for this day is to clean the Tree Park and back
portion school canal.

3. The Barangay Health Workers were also present to check the BP of


some teachers and volunteers before doing the task.

4. The cleaning of whole Tree Park was divided in 7 areas. Each area is
assigned to the 7 Purok of Barangay Blocon. Purok members came to
school early and immediately cleaned their assigned area. Each area
was supervised by each Barangay Kagawad and Purok President.

5. After the cleaning the Tree Park, Barangay Captain Antonio led the
cleaning of school canal at the back of the school. Parents were
encouraged to participate such activities as they witness how the
Barangay Officials rendered their support to the school.

6. The parent volunteers cut all the golden tree infront of the
classrooms as its roots will soon damage the flower boxes. The trees
and flowers were also pruned to maintain its beauty.

7. Barangay Council also donated latex paint to the school for the
repainting of classrooms. Teachers were very happy with their
generosity.

8. Day 3 of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done through the effort


of the school head, teachers, parents and volunteers. 50% ready for
the opening of classes.

Objective

3. To standardized and sustain the implementation of BE in school.
4. To maintain/ preserve the accomplishments that contributed to the
programs effective and beneficial activities which favored the school
learners and school community as well.
5. To involve varied stakeholders in BE undertaking.

Narrative 1. The attendance started at exactly 7:30 AM.

2. The scheduled activity for this day is to clean the Gulayan sa


Paaralan and the flower boxes/garden.

3. The Barangay Health Workers were also present to check the BP of


some teachers and volunteers before doing the task.

4. The Municipal Leader (ML) of 4P’s beneficiary coordinated with


school and ensured that they will be helping the schools’ GPP. The
4P’s members headed by their parent leader cleaned the GPP garden
and repaired the GPP fence. It is now ready for replanting.

5. The SK Officials, headed by SK Chairwonman Kimberly Julo, led


the youth in replanting of flowers in the YES-O garden. They also
donated snacks for all the volunteers.

6. The parent volunteers removed the garden beside the principal’s


office as it not anymore safe for learners.

7. The school buildings were also inspected by the Office of the


Municipal Engineers representative. It was advised that the nearest
building from the entrance gate be repaired before using.
8. Day 4 of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done through the effort
of the school head, teachers, parents and volunteers. 60% ready for
the opening of classes.

Objective

Narrative
1. The attendance started at exactly 7:30 AM.

2. It’s Operation Baklas Day!

3. The Barangay Health Workers were also present to check the BP of


some teachers and volunteers before doing the task.

4. The teachers headed by their school head Mam Pilar S. Rosales


removed all the things pasted inside the classrooms in all grade level.
They were also joined by the parent volunteers and Kaagapay
member in cleaning the classrooms.

5. After that, parents and teachers unitedly repair the damaged books to
be used this coming school year. Partial repainting of the outside
front part of the classrooms was done.

6. All the things inside the cabinet was removed and segregated.

7. Day 5 of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done through the effort


of the school head, teachers, parents and volunteers. 70% ready for
the opening of classes.

Date August 19, 2023

Objective
1. To strengthen camaraderie and good relationship among the
stakeholders; school personnel, teachers, students, parents, and the
whole community.
2. To ensure 100% School Readiness for the opening of classes.
3. To standardized and sustain the implementation of BE in school.
4. To maintain/ preserve the accomplishments that contributed to the
programs effective and beneficial activities which favored the school
learners and school community as well.
5. To involve varied stakeholders in BE undertaking.

Narrative
1. The attendance started at exactly 7:30 AM.

2. The Closing program started at 8:30 AM.

3. The faculty and staff, parent and other volunteers attended the
program.

4. The BE Coordinator gave her thanks to all who have rendered their
untiring support to the school to make it ready for the opening of
classes. She emphasized that teachers alone cannot make it, but their
helping hands, it became possible.

5. After that, teachers, parents, volunteers and other stakeholders were


given Certificate of Recognition. It was awarded by the School Head
Mam Pilar S. Rosales and BE Coordinator, Mam Fe G. Albarracin.

6. Mam Pilar gave her closing remarks thanking all the parents and
volunteers for their hardwork and support
.
7. Day 6/ Closing Program of Brigada Eskwela was successfully done
through the effort of the school head, teachers, parents and
volunteers. The school is now 80% ready for the opening of classes
for school year 2023 - 2024.
