(Gulayan Sa Paaralan)

I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
II. OBJECTIVES
This project has the following objectives:
1. To awaken pupils’ consciousness, the realization on how important vegetables, their nutrients, their vitamins,
and effect of healthy living;
2. To increase their awareness on hunger issues, and actions to mitigate malnutrition among their family;
3. To encourages for every community to cooperate and shares reproduction of green leafy vegetables in their
backyard garden; and
4. To harvest good quality vegetables and gave supplemental feeding to severely wasted or wasted learners.
In line with the effective implementation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan the teaching staff together with
the internal and external stakeholders will meet to talk about the different activities to be undertaken during the
implementation of the program. This program is to give supplemental to the learners who’s not normal average in
their nutritional status. These learners need assistance to have a good achievement or performance in the school
especially in academics and sports. The key components this project is to attain the goals of the Department of
Education (DepEd) is to help children who’s severely wasted or wasted to become normal in nutritional status
conditions that have affect their performance in school.
This Gulayan sa Paaralan is a collaborative effort of the school, learners and the community to promote
gardening within the school compound your gardening area. This aims to make young participants to be conscious
of their surroundings. Treatment is geared to help children overcome these feeding issues and establish proper
feeding and nutritional habits so that additional health problems can be avoided.
The school head together with the internal and external stakeholders will meet to talk about the different
activities to be undertaken during the implementation of the program.
4.1. Mobilization and Organizing Implementation
4.1.1. Inform the parents and teachers about the Grant. Tell the coverage of expenditure to be undertaken.
4.1.2. Create working committees needed.
4.1.3. Create guidelines for the proper implementation of the project.
4.2. Implementation of the Project
4.2.1. Each class shall work with the HRPTA for the realization of the above cited objectives.
