NARRATIVE REPORT ON BRIGADA ESKWELA

School Year 2022-2023

I. Introduction

Brigada Eskwela is an annual program of Department of Education.

Brigada Eskwela 2022 with the theme: Brigada Eskwela Tugon sa Hamon ng
Ligtas na Balik Aral”aims to bring together all education stakeholders to
participate and contribute their time, effort and resources to prepare public
school facilities for the opening of school year.
On the first day of Brigada Eskuela that was August 1, 2022, there
were many volunteers responded positively and actively. A simple Opening
program was done, participated by the PTA and some of the Barangay
Officials.
This year Brigada Eskwela’s vision that advocates the spirit of
volunteerism in among all aspects in society. Our school is responsible in
molding the learners. With the Grace of God, the Administrator, faculty and
staff dedicate their efforts to continue to strive for the excellence in academic
field for the benefit and welfare of our learners.
The aforesaid program provides us an image of people from different
sectors of the society, public and private partnership of volunteerism to
improve the public schools. School heads take the lead in planning the
activities on making the school environmentally clean, resilient and conducive
to learning.
Believing that the community cannot stand without the school, and
likewise the school without community, we greatly believed that the school is
the face of the community. Thus, all the people in the community volunteer
themselves to support the program. Thus, the school personnel are very
indebted to the primary stakeholders, Local Government Unit of Pasuquin and
all the volunteers for without them, the following will not have been made
possible.
● Pruning/trimming the trees around the school
● Cleaning the school grounds
 ● Cleaning of classrooms and office
● Repairing and fixing of chairs, tables and bulletin boards
● Construction of lavatory inside Grade 6 classroom
● Fumigation of school surrounding
● Pruning/trimming of trees around the school
● Cleaning the school grounds
During the entire activity there were no problems encountered, though
volunteers quiet tired yet they were enjoyed and not hesitant to do the needs
of the school as it was for the good of the school and learners.
