EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE School Community Planning Team MEETING
LAST March 03, 2023 AT18:00 PM AT GUINSANGAAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
GUINSANGAAN, DIWAN, DIPOLOG CITY.

Order of Business:
Invocation: Audio Aided
Call to order: The meeting was call to order at exactly 8:00 in the morning.
Roll call: The majority attendance showed the quorum of the meeting.
Business of the day:

To make sure that everyone is on the same page the school head called a meeting last
March 03, 2023. At first, the school head explained the School Improvement Plan to the School
Community Planning Team. Mandate of DepEd on the SIP, SIP key features and principles,
SIP development and implementation cycle and phases and its impact to all learners at
Guinsangaan Elementary School were being elaborated. The benefits that it will give to the
school and to the learners in particular. He then discussed the roles and responsibilities of
each member of the School Community Planning Team. Here, the SPT members accept
voluntarily what is assign to them and willingly offered their full support in the conduct of the
School Improvement Plan.

Then, Sir Granifer A. Jauculan had informed the SPT members’ roles and responsibilities,
they have taken into consideration of talking what is in the vision, mission, core values and the
Goals of our Department office. This gives the SPT members the opportunity to share their
views and opinions to our vision, mission, core values and the Goals of our Department Office.
Moreover; this gives the SPT members a clearer vision towards improving the school. Hence,
they have realized that educating a child is not a sole responsibility of the school but it is also
the business and concern of everyone in the community.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:25 P.M. after the closing prayer led by Mr. Grosby L.
Balancar.

Reflection/Output

We, the School Planning Team of Guinsangaan


Elementary School, teachers, stakeholders committed to
an excellent public service, continuously improve our
school do our best to provide quality education to our
learners through proper planning and teamwork with our
internal and external stakeholders.
Our ultimate aim and desire is to provide full potential
in a child-centered and value driven teaching-learning
environment that enable the learner to create his/her
own in the global community, to become a responsible
citizen, enlightened leader and proud to be Filipino.

School Planning Team of Guinsangaan Elementary


School in collaboration with the teachers and stakeholders
aims to provide quality basic education that is fair and
even-handed to all learners and lay the foundation for a
life-long learning and service for the common good.
To produce and develop pupils who are value-
oriented, critical thinkers, problem solvers and good
communicators.
Enhance and equip teachers with proper trainings
and seminars for quality teaching and improvement.
Communicate and share to the stakeholders their
functions and responsibilities in the school improvement.
Make the school a home environment a better place
for learning and one of the most beautiful and best
program implementing schools in the division.

Reflection/Output

Maka-Diyos
Guinsangaan Elementary School aims to produce learners in their full
aspects of developments such as spiritual, moral, social and physical. All areas
of learning focused the presence of God to be inculcated in the hearts and minds
of learners. Daily practice on the good values develop God-loving and God-
fearing children.

Maka-tao
Teaching in Guinsangaan Elementary School integrated in all areas the
love of individual person in all levels and ethnical group where everyone
belongs. No matter on what standard of living an individual was, he or she must
learn to love and be loved. Anti-bullying and discrimination are practiced by
everyone in each level.

Makakalikasan
Development of the learner’s full potential is the aim goal of learning
covering the love of God’s Creation and environment. Every learner is made to
realize to his/her responsibility to preserve and conserve the place he or she
lives. Practices like proper segregation of waste, tree planting, avoidance of
pollution and taking care of the environment are the tasks everyone is
committed to do.

Makabansa
Teaching of all areas, also encourage learners to appreciate and
embrace the value to love his country. Being future leaders, the cultures of
Filipinos must have inculcated in their minds and hearts in the early days of
life. All school activities focus on the development of their love to the Filipino
products, dances, songs, food and things that prove of being Filipino.
