2. To communicate with parents about the learning status of pupils

5. To discuss measures that can be applied to solve learning problems.
I. Expected Harmonious relationship between teacher and parents, Homeroom PTA Officers,

J. Narrative Parents Teachers Associations (PTA) is one of the most significant organization in the
Report school community. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of the implementation of
the programs and projects in the school itself. The association revitalizing endeavor of effort
to exist the good result of one program. The school alone cannot not work on its own without
the help of the HRPTA officials, hence at the start of school year, PTA meeting is held every
year.
For this school year, the first PTA meeting was held on September 14, 2022 at 2:45
pm and it was attended by 30 parents/guardians. It started with a warm greeting from the
adviser, thanking the parents for allotting time for the meeting. The it was followed by
discussions of the agenda such as election of officers, school regulations and policies,
learning problems encountered both by parents and pupils, projects and other related issues
and concerns.
Below are the elected Homeroom PTA Officers for the school year 2022-2023:
President: Eden De Vera
Vice-President: Marianne Julian
Secretary: Jasmine Baui
Treasurer: Marhian Lotilla
Auditor: Jocelyn Mananquil
The meeting ended with everyone’s concerns was discussed and resolved. It was a
very fruitful and productive day.
