OBJECTIVES:

Domain-1 LEADING STRATEGICALLY

• To listen to the learners’ voice in the conduct of modular distance learning

• To prepare supplemental monitoring tool/s and evaluation to promote learner achievement in

modular learning.

Domain -2 MANAGING SCHOOL OPERATIONS & RESOURCES

• To develop within the school community school safety habits particularly the abidance of health
protocols

• To capacitate teachers in managing emerging opportunities & challenges to address learners’

needs.

Domain -3 FOCUSSING ON TEACHING & LEARNING

• Work with the teachers in developing data-based and technology-based interventions to sustain
learners’ achievement.

• Conduct Classroom observation using STAR to improve learning outcome in modular class.

Domain -4 DEVELOPING SELF & OTHERS

• Capacitate teachers to perform leadership roles and responsibilities- rotation of School

OIC/Team Leader assignment.
 • Sustain the school rewards system in recognizing and motivating teachers, learners and
stakeholders

Domain -5 BUILDING CONNECTIONS

• Conduct activities/SLACs that promote inclusive practices

• Sustain involvement and participation of the community –parents, alumni, authorities and other
stakeholders in addressing concerns of learners.
