a) Property Company of Friends, INC.
One of the top competitors of the Ayala Land is Property Company
of Friends, INC. commonly known as PRO-FRIENDS was started
operating in 1999 with Guillermo Choa and a group of people who shared
a vision to develop community and transforming it into spectacular place
that everyone feels that they are home. Ayala Land Inc was founded
earlier than Pro-friends, however, Pro-friends become one of the top
competitors of Ayala Land. They are in the same industry which is real
estate wherein they engaged to build a low-cost housing and condominium
for the community.
Pro-friends made an offer for its residents “live-learn-work-play-
pray” within the community. They established school, workplace,
playground, and church etc. they made it easy and convenient for their
residents.
