ACTIVITY
Description School plans and program implementation establishes some changes that every
school needs to improve learners, teachers and school performance to achieve it better
development.

Objectives To identify programs and projects implemented by the school for the 4 th quarter of
year 2023.

Preliminaries To account all school in the different programs and projects implemented for the
last quarter of the year 2023. The District Coordinator Mr. Ederick A. Dela CRuz tasked
to report to the District PAP’s coordinator on the status of the implementation of the
different programs and projects like the SBM Wins, CPP and GAD during the conduct of
the 4th quarter.

Management and The event was successfully done through the school heads participation in the
Monitoring Strategies conduct of this District MEA. It was done through on-site to share every school
administrator about the progress and changes in their respective school.

Logistic Arrangements The materials, food and snacks on the conduct of the event were through MOOE
Fund

RESULTS
Output/s Addressed problems, queries, and other concerns commonly encountered by the
school heads, teachers, students and the school in the implementation of the school
programs and projects for the fourth quarter

Innovations/ Initiatives To continuously improve the school performance, programs and projects must be
initiated to implement along with the support of the stakeholders ,especially when it
comes to planning and implementation. Teachers must have committees to be tasked in
delivering the programs and projects more progressive through the leadership and
initiative of every personnel involved.

Participants’ Feedback They said that it was a great experience since it was very organized event and made
the participants welcomed and relaxed. Both of the school heads presented their plans and
programs and each of them learn from what they have discussed in the event.

Issues and Challenges 1. Not all the school has the access for water sanitation.
2. Only few teachers are aware about Gender and Development Implementation.
3. Not all schools have functional CPP

Interventions 1. Tap stakeholders and slice some amount from MOOE.

Implemented 2. Educate teachers about Gender and Development sensitivity through conduct of District
Echo on GAD
3. Orient schools on the implementation of the CPP
New Planned Strategies Creating an advance planning that will be a critical to a school’s success in the upcoming

 NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE
DISTRICT MEA FOCUSES ON SCHOOL PLANS AND
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATIONS
To account all schools in the different program and projects implemented for the last quarter
of the year 2023 as identified in the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and budget through Work and
Financial Plan (WFP). The District tasked to report the District PAP’s coordinator in the person of
Mr. Ederick A. Dela CRuz School Head of Balocawe Integrtaed School on the status of the
implementation of the different program and projects in each and every school.

In general report presented by the PAPs Coordinator. Mostly schools run with the following
programs, projects and activities with in the 4th Quarter.

1. Repair and maintenance of the school building, classrooms and perimeter fence.
2. Hygiene , sanitation kits and disinfection materials per classroom are still in priorities.
3. Capability of teachers
4. Sports, Literacy and Numeracy program
5. CPP and Gad implementation

In the report presented by MR. Ederick A. Dela CRuz, He emphasized that 13 school in the
elementary and 3 secondary schools implemented SBM Wins as the high priority of the schools to
implement proper handwashing along with the provision of hygiene kits and health materials for the
learners and teachers. For CPP and GAD, recently the district conducted the District GAD orientation
to uplift school personnel knowledge on legal mandates and guidelines of the program while the CPP
all schools need to be oriented on legal matters and functionality of the CPP centers
