I. Program/Project/Activity Title:
Objectives
1. to evaluate the progress attained in the implementation of the educational
program of the school;
2. to review the performance of teachers with a view to addressing concerns
through cooperative effort; and
3. to provide assistance to teachers in developing lessons for learners in new
normal education and in order to apply learning in the different subjects in
a real-life context.
Program/Activity Design Features: The 5 days activities were done using google
meet as the Virtual platform.

Opening Activity
The opening program was conducted virtually. 13 out of 13 Senior High
School Language Teachers were present during the opening program. The teachers
enjoyed the Zumba activity. The Master Teachers from the different departments
were the facilitators of the opening activity. The SHS Language MT was assigned to
give the house rules. The general house rule was #ENJOY.
Synthesis of the Inputs
After the opening program, the teachers proceeded to their respective
departments. The SHS Language teachers discussed the Results-based
Performance Management System virtually. It focused on the RPMS Cycle and
setting schedules of Classroom Observation and completion of MOVs.
The first day's afternoon's activity focused on making class and teachers'
programs for the second semester and computation of 2nd quarter grades.
The second day's activities were a series of LAC Sessions on the Use of
Strategies For Providing Timely, Accurate, and Constructive Feedback to Improve
Learners' Performance Cum Integrative Performance Task; and Developing/
Improving Self-Management Cum IPCRF Review. The teachers were able to gain
knowledge and strategies on the LAC sessions
The third-day MPRE focused on preparing for the 2nd Semester's LAS and
finalized learners to be enrolled for the 2nd semester
The fourth-day activity was a LAC Session on Promoting Innovation cum
Action Research, wherein teachers appreciated the importance of action research
in addressing school issues and learners' needs.
Teachers spent the fifth-day activity in making an action research plan/
proposal. The activity ignited the teachers' interest in research.
Closing Activity
The MPRE of Polomolok NHS Senior High School Language Teachers ended
fruitfully. The teachers evaluated the progress attained for the first five (5) months
of the school year. A time also where teachers could review their performance and
identify school and learners' concerns that need to be addressed. They were able
to assist co-teachers in developing lessons for learners in new normal education
and apply learning in the different subjects in a real-life context.
2. Its management:
a. Prior to delivery: There were not thorough discussion of the activities
among the Master Teachers.
b. During the delivery: Each department strategized in order to deliver
the sessions and activities effectively.
c. After delivery: Action Research are expected to be submitted at the
end of the school year, and also improve the performance of the
teachers.
XI. Recommendation
It is recommended that there will be enough time for planning on the MPRE
activities among the different departments to encourage collaboration.
