education. The pupils will serve as our torch bearers with the teachers who will be their guide in
their quest. Parents and external stakeholders serve are encourages to interact and network to
make collective decisions that will foster sustainable educational growth. The school head with
the SGC team will monitor and evaluate the completion of programs in order to reengineer

SITUATION ANALYSIS

SCHOOL DATA

The school data represents the real scenario of the school in terms of
personnel, enrolment, pupil performance, facilities, learning materials and
instructions. Insufficient school resources is one of the reasons of declining or
fluctuating school performance specifically in Grade VI. Results of the NAT
indicates that pupils have not mastered the required competency of at least 75%
proficiency level. Further, Phil-IRI results indicate that pupils from Grades III – VI
belong to frustration/ struggling readers. It had been noted also that some pupils
belong to severely wasted and wasted nutritional status category. The enrolment
is also decreasing due to local migration of some residents. Teachers are mostly
teacher I and need more trainings to become highly proficient and gain more
techniques in conducting teaching and learning process which could eventually
result to the increase of mastery of content skills of pupils. School facilities need
to be improved to ensure the safety of pupils and to have a better learning
environment.

The above stated problems need to be addressed and given immediate

attention and intervention.
