Priority Improvement Areas

Priority Improvement Areas (PIAs) of the school have been identified after assessing the gaps and their root causes. One of the
identified PIAs of the school is the Literacy level rate, due to this pandemic situation in which learning modality is MDL (no face to face is
allowed) Another PIA is the Implementation of CI projects in which school facilities failed to improve that may help teaching-learning
process is very essential. Other identified PIAs are Achievement Rate. The PIAs identified for GOVERNANCE are Gender and Development,
SBM WinS, DRRM, Physical Facilities, Child Protection, Child-Friendly School, Donations and SBM Level of Assessment.
All of these areas are important aspects in order to achieve school’s goals and objective.
All of these are considered priority since the performance of the school is affected if all of these areas fall below the planning target of
the Department. Quality education cannot be achieved if these are not addressed.
Programs, projects and activities of the school to be implemented will be aligned to these fourteen (12) PIAs identified.
