Objectives  Inform Kindergarten Parents/Guardians on their child’s

Academic Performance;
 Update Parents on school upcoming schedule and activities;
 Ensure parents’ active participation on school and classroom
activities
Narrative Report The meeting started with the checking of attendance done by the
adviser, Mrs. Emiluz J. Santos. Then, the presentation of agenda was
presented.

AGENDA:
1. New Class Schedule
2. Learner’s Academic Performance and Behavior
3. Reading and Writing Progress and Monitoring
4. Attendance / Absences/ Tardiness
5. Scouting
6. December Schedule and Activities

After talking over these objectives, the advisor underlined how

crucial it is for parents and guardians to work together at home,
particularly when it comes to following through with reading, writing,
and math. that a child's growth, development, and competency should
be facilitated by a collaborative effort between the home and the
school.

Following that, the December activity schedule was discussed.

Regarding the procedures, the flow of events, and other significant
issues, the majority's decision was underlined.

Parents were invited to ask questions and seek clarifications

regarding the themes and agenda items after the session. The meeting
adjourned at 4:00 in the afternoon since no more questions were
made.
Issuance of Report Cards was then followed which lasted
ended at 5:00 in the afternoon.
