Infolob carries out Software Engineer Trainee selection process for hiring BTech, MTech, MCA, BCA, BSc
passed out students either directly from college campus hiring or off campus hiring or indirectly through
employee referrals or through job portals or advertising via social media or through any freshers hiring
platforms.

Selection Process:
• All the candidates must know the selection process thoroughly before applying for the position
• Candidates meeting the criteria mentioned in the hiring job post will be invited for the
recruitment process.
• Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying mark in the assessment of Engineer Trainee
Recruitment to be eligible for further stages.
• Candidates should qualify every phase; every round is an elimination round.
• Candidates selected should be willing to sign an employment agreement for a period of two years
• Assigning or deploying the shortlisted candidates in business areas sole discretion of the
management
• Basis the function/technology/client/business need candidates should be willing to work 24/7
and also travel to client location.
• Upon selection candidates will be in the training period for six months with weekly review or
assessment.
