Currently seeking interns for:

1. Frontend Development,
2. Backend Development, and
3. Cloud Engineering roles.

Below is the job description covering all three positions.

Internship Program

Position: Software Development / Cloud Engineer Intern

Duration: 3 months (Training cum Live Project Experience)

Compensation: Unpaid, will get certificates post-completion of training

Location: Remote - Candidates must have their own designated, quiet, and disturbance-free working
area with a minimum Internet speed of 80 Mbps, along with a laptop featuring at least an i5 processor,
8 GB RAM, and a 256 GB SSD, as well as sufficient power backup for the Internet modem.

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate college intern to join our software development team for
a 3-month training cum live experience program. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work
on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in various technologies including ReactJS with
Redux, NodeJS with Express, SQL Server or MongoDB, and Azure DevOps.

Qualification:

• Computer science background required with a minimum CGPA of 7.5


• Good Understanding ofthe Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), JavaScript, HTML, and
CSS (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with at least one of the tech stacks
o ReactJS with Redux for front-end development
o Building RESTful APIs using NodeJS with Express for back-end development
o Database design and development using SQL Server or MongoDB
o Implementation of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps
Skills and Attributes:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment


• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions
• Dedicate time to self-learning and acquiring new skills relevant to the project

Interview Process:

1. Online Assessment:

• Duration: 60 - 90 minutes
• Format: Online platform (High5 Internal Interview Platform)
• Topics Covered:
o JavaScript: Assessing candidate's knowledge of core JavaScript concepts, ES6
features, and DOM manipulation.
o HTML and CSS: Evaluating candidate's proficiency in structuring web pages using
HTML and styling them using CSS.
o Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA): Testing candidate's problem-solving skills with
algorithmic challenges and data structure implementations.
o Scenario & Psychometric questions: Evaluate the Personality traits, Problem-Solving
approach, Prioritization, Conflict resolution etc.

2. Group Discussion (Online and in batches):

• Duration: 20 minutes
• Format: Virtual meeting (Microsoft Teams)
• Objective: Evaluate the candidate's communication skills, teamwork abilities, and critical
thinking through a group discussion on a given topic related to software development or
technology.
• Topics: This may include current trends in web development, challenges faced in software
projects, or hypothetical scenarios relevant to the internship role.

3. Final Interview with Tech Team and Management:

• Duration: 60-90 minutes


• Format: Virtual meeting (Microsoft Teams)
• Panel: Consisting of members from the technical team (software developers, engineers) and
management.
• Objectives:
o Assess the candidate's technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and
understanding of web development concepts.
o Evaluate the candidate's alignment with the company culture, values, and team
dynamics.
o Discuss past experiences, projects, and challenges faced by the candidate.
PLACEMENT PROGRAM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.

• Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and


rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.

• Interview assesses and evaluates applicants to determine their qualifications and


appropriate match with client needs.

• Answering employee questions regarding, policies and procedures, open positions,


and benefits.
eTeam Training Program:

- 4 Weeks of unpaid training

- 4 hours in a day

- Monday to Friday (Online)

After 4 weeks of training, Site Head Mr. Chirag Kothari will take a final call or Viva of all trainees. The
selected candidates in the final call or Viva will get an LOI (Letter of Intent) after system check.
