Deputy Manager (Principal Database Administrator)
The position is responsible:
• To create and maintain all databases required for development, testing, and production usage
• To perform the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.
• To perform ongoing tuning of the database instances
• To install new versions of the RDBMS and its tools and any other tools that access the database
• To plan and implement backup and recovery of the databases
• To controls migrations of programs, database changes, reference data changes and menu changes through the development life cycle
• To implement and enforce security for all Databases
• To performs database re-organizations as required to assist performance and ensure maximum uptime of the database
• To evaluate new releases and tools, and third-party products to ensure smooth running
• To provide technical support to application development teams
• To troubleshoot problems regarding databases, applications and development tools
• To put design and coding standards in place

Required Qualification:
• Bachelors (16-years Education) or masterʼs in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university.

Required Skill Set:


• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Oracle Database administration, designing and support
• Experience and command of managing UNIX, Linux / Microsoft based Operating System.
• Strong fundamental understanding of Web and Applications Servers.
• Additional technical qualifications and certifications along with a variety of work experience will be an added advantage.

Deputy Manager (User Support)
The position is responsible:
• Manage the IT support team and follow best practices through the entire support process.
• Ensure the timely logging and resolution of IT support issues.
• Contribute to improving support process by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
• Problem diagnostic, installation, troubleshooting of (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Network, Wireless, IP Phones,
Operating Systems, Software, Antivirus etc.)
• Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in user support operations.
• Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversees help desk support, providing users with access to needed information, utilizing technology resources effectively, and ensuring
that end user problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicates with users to assess support needs, assists in identifying technology needs, and responds to customer service concerns.
• Maintain client focused working environment.
• Develop Daily, Weekly and monthly reports on Support team productivity.
• Inter Department Coordination to facilitate the users.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelors (16-years Education) or masterʼs in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university.

Required Skill Set:


• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT support/Helpdesk Management
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
• Strong customer service ethos & Strong communicate skills.

Deputy Manager (Principal System Analyst) The Principal System Analyst shall work as a liaison between the domain experts and

companyʼs business goals and objectives.


The position is responsible:
• To confer with Business Application Users in identifying and gathering usersʼ requirements and develop logical and physical specifications.
• Develop Business Requirement Document (BRS) & Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Get the requirements reviewed and approved by the business users.
• Coordinate with developers and QA team to explain system requirements.
• Change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition.
• Ensure continuous IT services delivery to support day to day business operations.
• Gather and assess requirements and assist with translation into optimal solutions.
• Constantly working together with Business teams to identify the opportunities for automation, enhancement and providing solution through the application.
• Perform functionality gap analysis and solution design.
• Redesign business processes.
• Develop functional specifications for extensions, integrations and data migrations.
• Configure application modules.
• Demonstrate application functionality, develop test plans/scripts and manage system testing and assess production readiness.
• Plan and execute data migration, create, deliver and manage user training and production support after go-live.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelors (16-years Education) or masterʼs in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university.

Required Skill Set:


• Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products. • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
• Basic knowledge of project management, product design trends and good practices. • Familiar with SDLC methodologies.
• Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment. • Detail oriented, with solid analytic and research skills.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of writing database/SQL queries.

Deputy Manager (Software Development) This position works within a highly interactive team environment and works closely with both
functional and technical staff to manage and provide daily direction to implement solutions to
business requirements.
The position is responsible:
• Lead the development team on design, development, coding, testing, architecture, scalability, performance, and best practices.
• Full stack hands-on development for complex software solutions of high quality.
• Be responsible for the generation of software design and supporting documentation.
• To manage a team as part of a larger development team, following best practice Agile principles and methodologies agreed with the Development Manager.
• Research and understand development techniques that help to improve the delivery and quality of the existing and new components.
• Research new technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap for product development to deliver optimum solutions to maximize benefit.
• Ensure code is tested both manually and using automated methods (unit, integration, and functional testing) to remove any defects at the earliest opportunity.
• Manage software team members to maximize the performance of the team in undertaking software development projects to deliver components on time against pre-agreed estimates.
• Review code created by other developers, ensuring that the code conforms to coding standards, matches the documented requirements, and does not introduce defects.
• Work with the QA team to ensure features and defect resolutions match corresponding test scenarios.
• Work with the Product team to ensure features are fully scoped prior to implementation and that the effort required to implement the features is suitably estimated.
• Identify best practices and methodologies that could benefit and improve the efficiency of the development team and improve the quality of our software.
• Ensure code components pass continual production testing and resolve any identified defects.
• Assist QA/support with issue investigation, steps to reproduce the issue, and provide a solution in order to resolve any defect identified.
• Report on project development progress to the Development Manager.

Required Qualification:
• Bachelors (16-years Education) or masterʼs in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field from HEC recognized university.

Required Skill Set:


• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in software development using Microsoft .NET framework. • Front End: JQuery, AngularJS, React, HTML5 and CSS3
• Programming Language: .NET Family (ASP.NET, VB.NET & C#.NET), PHP, JAVA • Third Party Controls: Telerik
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle & MySQL (Hands on Practical Experience is Must) • Hands on experience of Windows & Web Services, Web API, RESTful API.
• Reporting: Crystal Report, SSRS etc. • Working with Source Control GitHUB

Deputy Manager (CORPORATE GOVERNANCE)
To Assist Company Secretary in following tasks
• Online Filing of Statutory Returns to SECP and Compliance of Companies Act to all , Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules,
2013 and other Rules/Regulations as prescribed by SECP
• To conduct Annual General Meetings and Extra Ordinary General Meetings.
• Conducting Board meetings and Boardʼs Committee Meetings and any other special Committees meetings formed by Board from time to time.
• Coordinate for Audit of Compliance of Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance (Rules) 2013.
• Coordinate with all Departments for implementation of Board and Committee Decision.
• Custodian of Original Documents (Minutes, Agreements, Working Papers) of the Company
• Administration of Board Meetings Software
• Custodian of the Companyʼs Seal
• Any Other task assigned by Company Secretary CPPA-G

Preparations of The Documents:


• Drafting and Circulation of Agenda Items for Board Members and Board Committee Members.
• Preparation of Circular Board Resolutions for Board members.
• Drafting and Circulation of Resolutions of Board Decisions
• Preparation of Report on of Implementation status of Board and Committee decisions.
• Drafting letters for correspondence with line Ministry and other departments as and when required
• Documentation and record keeping of all Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings

Required Qualification:
MBA / MPA / M. Com / CA inter (Articalship completed) / ACCA / ACMA / Law Graduate

Required Skill Set:


Candidate should possess the minimum 5 years post qualification experience in relevant field with
Proficiency in MS Office. (Experience of Power Sector will be an additional benefit)
