Description: -
Working as a Scrum Master for a leading US insurer on enhancing their P&C business on
Duckcreek platform. Played a critical role in leading 2 major releases involving 2 Lobs, multiple
states, and Template Updates.
Project: - The project is for transferring Westfield operations from Mainframe legacy systems to
Duckcreek.
Description: -
Worked as a content/team lead/project manager for a leading US insurer on transferring their
P&C business from Mainframe to Duckcreek platform. Played a critical role in leading 4 major
releases involving 9 Lobs, 29 states and Platform Upgrade and Template Updates. Then went on
working as Service Manager in Production support for all 29 states, 9 line of business and 3
applications Policy, Billing and Agency Portal.
Roles and responsibilities: -
• Ensured completion of requirement gathering to implementation cycle to quality assurance and
deployment, all within release timelines.
• Elaborating the requirements
• Onshore offshore coordination and Third-party vendor handling
• Creating Process maps where needed

Project: BEQ-BRT team of Accenture works for providing development and support features for existing
legacy and bonus remediation system for credit cards.
Description: -
The project included working on IMS and DB2 databases on backend and IMS DC and CICS as
interface. The projects involved development of COBOL modules, JCLs etc. In BEQ-BRT team, I
worked as a senior developer cum team lead, providing new enhancement needed in existing
system. I also supported analysis of current system and addition of major and minor enhancements
in functionality on existing framework of legacy system.
Project: - CARE team of Infosys provided development and support features for existing legacy and claim
resolution system.
Description: -
In CARE team, I worked as a developer, providing new enhancement needed in existing system. I
worked in four Production releases. I developed good knowledge about the processes involved.
