The team manually validates business rules before they setup the non -employee into SAPHR. The scope of the project is to automate the same with adherence to business rules.The 'setup' process includes PA40 Actions, such as CS Acquire, CS Re-acquire, CS Position Assignment, and CS Convert Employee. Once the setup is complete data flows to the downstream applications via the Datamart extract. As of now, candidates have to copy/paste into a HTML editor. As the data is pasted, some of their resume formatting is kept, while most is removed making it less presentable and harder to read. This leads to a poor experience for recruiters and hiring managers when reviewing resumes. By allowing the candidate to upload their resume in Word and PDF format, they will only need to submit their resume once and Recruiters and Hiring Managers will have an easier time reviewing them. Also, resume of a candidate will be stored at central repository and accessible to all applications needing the information. FOS can be used to check for correctness by comparing output between that from Mainframe and Web API. FOS Functionality Testers enter input data into FOS that would possibly be entered by users from fedex.com page. These values get translated into an output that would be compared with that on the Mainframe. WOSV contacts UNIX server that is an interface between Mainframe and FOS application, which in-turn connects with CHEERS and COSMOS to get results, thereby facilitating the tester to compare results obtained with that expected.
