2.Meeting Proper:
The meeting started at 9:00 AM. The adviser led the program. Followed by a prayer
and National Anthem. The Guidance Designate gave a brief introduction about
Homeroom Guidance Program. The Principal inspired us with her message about the
role of teachers and parents in the implementation of Homeroom Guidance Program.

1. Result of the Learner’s development Assessment for the Fourth Quarter

2. Issues and Concerns About HGP( modules, distributions, retrieval, answering of

modules)

5. Discussions:
● The result of the Learner’s Development Assessment for the Third Quarter
was talked over. The teacher brought out the issues and concerns about the
needs of the learner and the difficulties of the parents. Open forum was
done to address what was accomplished and what was not.

● Parents and pupils give their feedback in order to solve difficulties and
worries.

6. Adjournment: Advisers commended the parents
