To explain to the students and parents the importance and need of

Activity Proper
The orientation started at exactly
8:00pm, which was the agreed time
of the parents because according to
them that was their only available
time.

Prayers was led by the class adviser.

Overview of PFA was discussed.


Core actions and symptoms were
emphasized.

Then came the activities, module 1-4


were discussed. Exchange of views
raised in doing their activities in
Module 1.

What went good?

1. Parents and students were a keen listener and they participated well in the discussions.

2. Students who actively participated in the meeting was given a reward.

2. What went not so good?

1. Most of the students/parents were not able to attend the meeting due to some financial constraints.

2. Students were given network load by the adviser just to attend the meeting but they were not able to
enter the Google Meet for some reasons.

3. The teacher experienced an internet connection problem so the presentation did not end well. The last
activity was passed through the messenger only.

3. Recommendations:
PRERE
1. Maximize the use of social media in information dissemination.

2. Advise parents to have a “family time” to focus on the emotional state of the whole family.
