ACTIVITY
Description: Portfolio day is considered a culminating resources/activities/performances
wherein at the end of the quarter, Despite of the pandemic Talib ES are encouraged to put up
exhibits of pupils’ products across subjects or learning areas in a way that will motivate them to
do better.
Objective:
To provide an avenue to showcase the academic excellence of the pupils.
To exhibit learners’ performances in the different subjects as evidence to their
academic attainment and personal development.
To conduct Meeting together with the parents and persons involved.
To distribute and signing of pupils’ report card.
To provide feedback on pupils’ performance to the parents
Preliminaries:
1. Each teacher prepared the classroom through displaying pupils’ outputs.
2. Parents were informed regarding the activity
3. Parents were informed to see the outputs of the pupils displayed in the classroom.
RESULTS:
The following were the outputs based on the objectives of this activity:
1. All teachers were present during the said activity.
2. Accomplishment report of the teacher in charge of the activity.

All of the participants are actively participated in the said activity, thus the
objective of the activity were attained as well as the expectations of the participants
2. Methodology
The Portfolio day program started with a prayer, followed by the singing of the national
anthem.
3. Management of Activity
The Portfolio day was managed by the assigned teacher.
4. Resource Person
Teachers successfully facilitated the activity and explained the purpose of the Portfolio
day
5. Audience Participation
Parents, pupils and teachers actively participated the Portfolio day.
6. Logistic Arrangements
The overall process of the said activity flows smoothly. All the desired activity was
successfully done.

NARRATIVE REPORT
The teachers of Talib Elementary School had the activity together with the school head Mrs.
Araceli V. De Guia and the parents at around 2:00 in the afternoon with the purpose of participating
with eagerness for the preparation on the 3rd Quarter Portfolio.
The school head presented and discussed the importance of the re-orientation on the giving of
cards and the receiving of Certificate of parents on the ceremonies. This was supported of course with
the tools presented. Teachers were given instructions of list of what to do or what to present. The session
ended at 2:00 o’clock in the same day. Teachers and the parents were able to accomplish and perform
the task given for the session.
