ACTIVITY PROPER

A certificate of recognition was

given to the top performing students
in their science class of Grade 8-
PINO. The parents showed much
appreciated when they received the
certificate of recognition of their
child last December 06, 2021.

Giving students rewards for their

efforts suggests that their hard work
is appreciated. This is a powerful
mindset to have in the classroom and
can encourage students to feel better
about the work they complete, as
well as themselves. This promotes
feelings of pride, which goes hand-in-
hand with happiness.

 SUMMARY REPORT

1. What went good?

Awards are a way to show that a person is appreciated and celebrated. The very essence
of giving an award is to recognize the expertise and outstanding achievement in particular
learning. The parents were happy about the achievement of their children.

2. What went not so good?

Some of the students were not able to attend the virtual recognition due to the loss of
wifi connection.

3. Recommendations:

Aside from having a virtual recognition for top-performing students, a simple phone call or chat
coming from the adviser to the parents will make them grateful to hear their children's progress and
achievement.
