Title of the Activity: SCHOOL-LEVEL REWARDS AND RECOGNITION 2023

Participant: Teaching & Non-Teaching Personnel of P.T. Martinez ES
Attendance: 100% of the expected participants
Objectives: To recognize and acknowledge the outstanding performance of the
Teaching & Non-Teaching Personnel
Narrative Report: On April 12, 2023, P.T. Martinez Elementary School conducted its
Awards and Recognition Day at the School’s Computer Room.

The activity started at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the morning with all
Teaching & Non-Teaching Personnel. The program started with a
prayer led by Mrs. Celsa E. Baguio, and the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem was conducted by Mrs. Cristine O. Canete. The
School Officer In-Charge delivered his words of welcome emphasizing
the importance of celebrating the achievements of the Teaching &
Non-Teaching Personnel.

After the opening program, the School Head was assisted by the
Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Antonio S. Gumela in awarding
the certificates to the performing personnel.

All of the personnel received awards for outstanding performances as

coordinators, club advisers, and organizers of the different programs
and projects of the school.

The activity was noted as successful as all objectives of the event was
achieved.
Awarding of Certificates of Recognition to Teachers. This was done to
Highlight: encourage and motivate the teachers to performing better in the next
school years.
Achievement of The Teacher’s performances were acknowledged by giving them
Objectives: Certificate of Recognition and Appreciation.
