ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

1ST QUARTER PORTFOLIO AND CARD DAY
FIRST QUARTER PORTFOLIO AND CARD DAY serves as a
valuable assessment and reflection tool for both students and
educators. It allows students to showcase their academic progress,
strengths, and areas for improvement in the initial phase of the
academic year. Portfolios provide a comprehensive view of a learner's
work, encompassing various subjects and skills.

The inclusion of a "card day" adds a quantitative element to the

assessment, with cards or grades summarizing the student's
performance in different areas. This dual approach helps learners, and
their guardians gain a holistic understanding of academic
achievements and challenges.
RATIONALE
Moreover, the first quarter is a critical juncture in the academic
calendar. Conducting a portfolio and card day early in the year allows
for timely intervention and support for struggling students. It also
reinforces positive behaviors and acknowledges successes, fostering a
sense of accomplishment and motivation for the remainder of the
academic year.

In summary, a first-quarter portfolio and card day serves as a proactive

and comprehensive assessment strategy, promoting student self-
awareness, parental involvement, and early intervention for academic
success.
 To share and communicate students' academic progress to parents
and guardians. This includes grades, achievements, and areas for
improvement.
OBJECTIVES
 To recognize and celebrate the achievements of learners.
