Logistical Arrangements:
There was never a great deal of expenses that incurred in the holding of this pursuit. It is an
exercise in this school to utilized first the available resources on hand, thus one’s initiative
prowess, ingenuity and resourcefulness is developed not just on the teachers but on the
learners as well.

Innovations/ Initiative:
Certainly there are several prospective outputs from the learners specifically the product made
and created by the Senior High School students wherein they had used improvised and local
materials, and there are also few projects constructed by JHS learners that showed their
originality as an individual by utilizing raw/ indigenous materials to come up with the desired
output.

A parent gladly and eagerly exclaimed that such activity motivates and inspire them same
time their children.
Portfolio Day is an ideal manner of bridging the gap amongst teachers, parents/ guardians
and other members in the society.
The activity every grading period gave her a sense of fulfillment because she was able to
witness the accomplishments of her child.
A very special day to celebrate for all the sacrifices made by the parents and the learners.
One of the father mentioned that he has now the opportunity to make a close monitoring
to his child’s activities in school.
All hard work and sacrifices has corresponding recognition or reward uttered by a teary-

A great way and solid evidence or proof on the transfer, demonstration of learning of
students.
A momentous day to acknowledge the student’s project and give distinct honor to them.

Issues and Challenges:

There was no grave issues and challenges occurred during the proceeding but only that there are
some learners and parents asking and was searching for the outputs and that is probably because
of these reasons; only the good if not the best output are to be displayed, there was not enough
space on where to place the other projects.

Interventions Implemented:
The subject area teachers through their chairman air those concerns to the authority and had
arrived with the proper measures so that the next holding of this undertaking every worthwhile
output can be put on view.

New Planned Strategies for Next Conduct:

Perhaps we will just sustain and try to enhance more the quality of our learners outputs
furthermore recommend and to next host Grade Level teachers to prepare of a spacious area to
exhibit student’s work.
