Description of the Logo
 The Logo shows an image of a well-developed countryside
community which is the dream and aspiration of the school
in the near future.
 The Sun with its rays symbolizes the bright future of the
learners in the community.
 The River symbolizes the wide opportunities that awaits
every learner.
 The Current (blue water) represents the learners action in
facing a particular situation.
 The Bridge represents a strong connection between the
school and the stakeholders in achieving the desired goal
for every individual.
Description of the Logo
 The Computers/Laptops and buildings represent
modernizations and adoption of modern technology
for the holistic development of a child with the 21 st
Century skills in line with the K to 12 Curriculum.
 The Books symbolizes access to basic and quality
education.
 The Laurel signifies success of every learner along
with the community who are fully educated,
holistically developed and globally competitive in
attaining their life’s goal.
Description of the Logo
 The Trees represents the teachers who are the source
and prime movers of the educative processes and
who are responsible for what the learners will
become someday.
 The Circle represents the learners never ending quest
for knowledge.
 The color Green of the logo represents love of nature.
 The color Blue symbolizes trust, loyalty and
confidence of teachers in the name of service.

 Mountains stands for the internal and
external stakeholders who stands firm for the
school and are always there willing to offer
voluntary support, assistance and services for
the implementation of different PAP’s

The Rationale
• Project SULOG of TINOWARAN ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL aligned with Project SUNSHINE of
Catarman II District and Project EAGLES of
Division of Northern Samar that desires to
effectively influence its 21st century Teachers
to become exemplars in producing learners
who are productive, holistically developed ,
globally competitive in order to reach their
dreams and desired goals in life.
Thus, Project SULOG which stands for
Strengthening Universal Learners to Outreach Goal is
anchored on the principles of empowerment and shared
governance as provided in RA 9155, otherwise known
as Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001.
This project support the Vision, Mission and Core
Values of Department Of Education in promoting and
protecting the right of every learner to have quality
basic education in producing a productive learners to be
holistically developed in achieving their dreams.
OBJECTIVES
Generally, this project aims to empower teachers and
stakeholders to become exemplar teachers and effective leaders
for improved academic performance and other key performance
indicators.

Specifically, it aims to:


1. capacitate teachers to enhance their KSA on educative
processes;
2. equip them with the technical skills necessary to implement
their schools’ banner projects;
3. enable them to appreciate the role they play in the successful
implementation of their projects.
